Faculty of Organizational Sciences
Students' interest in solving case studies that are dealing with issues of environmental protection was really enormous, and this is reflected in the fat that as many as 17 teams registered. How to dispose 400 tons of historical waste if you are a company in restructuring, in what way to fight bad publicity in the media and how to improve the legal regulations that regulate the area of managing hazardous historical waste – these were only some of the questions covered by students in their works, and general conclusion was that creativity, analytical spirit and comprehensiveness in approaching the problem when solving case studies is something that students of this Faculty can be proud of.
The winning team will have the opportunity to, in a three-days long trip, learn more about the work of a waste disposal plant in Vienna, the team that placed second will learn, through internship in company MITECO Kneževac, how this area really operates from the perspective of economy in Serbia, and the team that placed third will have the opportunity to attend the 4th International MITECO Forum scheduled for November 2014. The Faculty of Organizational Sciences awarded the first five teams with a visit to Zlatibor in order to attend the 14th International Symposium "SYMORG 2014", organized by the Faculty of Organizational Sciences.
